How to Obtain
You can loot the Deep Red Dye from the upper floor of the Ruined Chapel in the Grace Estate, in southern Hernand. As you enter the chapel, turn around and look up. Use Axiom Force to get up there.
Additional Info
When you use the bottle from your inventory, you will unlock rows 9 and 10 at the Hernandian Dye tab. The Hernand Dyehouse specializes in this dye. Alternatively, you can go to Oliver at the Base Came Dyehouse, who will be able to replicate the shades of this hue.
