- How to Trigger it: Greysoul Howling triggers when you use Turning Slash with the weapon it is slotted into. The phantom follows your swing and lands its own separate hit, which can also score a critical hit.
- Cost Considerations: It raises the Spirit cost of Turning Slash every time it triggers, and the cost adds up if you slot several gears that trigger from the same skill. The skill itself must be unlocked in your skill tree for the gear to do anything.
- Related Abyss Gears: Frost Spike, Groundsurge and Wound of Darkness trigger from the same skill, and Momentum increases its damage.
- Recommended Use: One of the strongest picks for Turning Slash builds. It works best on a two-handed weapon you swap to during boss stun windows, paired with Momentum and a high Critical Rate.
