A single Platinum Bar placed in your Sotdae of Bond raises the Iron Eagle’s Trust to the maximum in one go, which is much easier than collecting the alternative, Mercury.
Since Gold Bars and Platinum both need a Witch, it’s worth crafting several Gold Bars at once and turning some of them into Platinum when you need it.
