How to Obtain
You can buy or stea, the Purple Dye from a shelf inside the stone building at the Sunset Dyehouse. The bottle is sitting there, not part of Edmar‘s offerings.
If you decide to steal it, you will need a mask. And a key to unlock the door. Also, note that this area us locked until you progress through the main story and more specifically, Chapter VIII.

When you use the bottle from your inventory, you will unlock rows 5 and 6 at the Demenissian Purple Dye tab. The Sunset Dyehouse specializes in this dye. Alternatively, you can go to Oliver at the Base Came Dyehouse, who will be able to recreate the shades of this hue perfectly.
