- You can get it as a reward for defeating Skevald, the Carrion King, at the Hyena’s Den in the quest Skevald, the Carrion King.

- How to Trigger it: Putrid Touch triggers when you land an unarmed Heavy Attack while the gloves it is slotted into are equipped. The poison keeps ticking while you reposition or dodge.
- Cost Considerations: It costs extra Stamina every time it triggers. It only fires from unarmed heavy hits, so it does nothing for weapon attacks.
- Related Abyss Gears: Colossal Might triggers from the same attack.
- Recommended Use: Best on unarmed builds, paired with Colossal Might on the same gloves; Putrid Touch gives reliable damage and Colossal Might the big hits. It also works with a shield in your off-hand.
