You can purchase the Rich Spring Green Dye from Alton at the Varnia Dyehouse, located on the northwest outskirts of the city of Varnia, in the northeast corner of the map in the Crimson Desert.
Steal Location
You can steal a bottle of Rich Spring Dye from the Halbert Harpoonery in northern Pailune. The bottle is sitting on a table across from the entrance.
You may need a key to enter the house with the triangle roof. And this will be considered a theft, so wear a mask.
