Shoddy Rishi’s Boots have a chance to drop from Fundamentalist Goblins endemic to southern Hernand, most notably Fort Hellwood near Senia.
Additional Info
Shoddy Rishi’s Boots cannot be refined, but can be upgraded to the Kuku Rishi’s Boots which offer superior stats, a socket for Abyss Gear and Lightning Resistance.
