How to Obtain
There are two methods to obtain this Earring.
White Horn’s Earring 1 Location
You receive the first White Horn’s Earring for defeating White Horn at Snowhaven Hearth in western Pailune at the end of the Skoghorn Faction Quest called “Soul Shepherd”.
White Horn’s Earring 2 Location
You can steal the second White Horn’s Earring from a safe-cracking puzzle strongbox inside Delesyia Castle.
The strongbox is located behind a fake fireplace in the large ballroom. Just like with fake bookshelves, you just have to walk into it and Kliff will push it automatically.

The White Horn’s Earring is not officially connected to Tarandus the Ashen or his armor set but given that parts of his attire were crafted from legendary white beasts, it’s a great fit.
