Location
You can find this tannery at a small stand on the south side of Thalwynd village in the Calphade territory, in northern Hernand.
Requirements to Access
This shop is available from the beginning, but becomes temporarily unavailable during the events of Chapter VI from the main story. After you liberate Calphade, this and all other vendors open their shops once again.
Additional Info
The Tales of the Calphadean Merchants questline (opens after Chapter VI) includes a leather delivery that ends at the nearby Calphade Southern Depot, so you can combine shopping and a quest turn-in in one trip. A Small Bag is on sale here as a cheap way to expand your inventory.
