The Back Alley Shop owned by Ronan is located southwest of Hernand city and offers disguises, masks, keys, and a couple of special equipment items, including a Deep Grey Dye!
Smugglers have Back Alley Shops all across Pywel. They sell disguises, masks, and keys. A lot of them also offer a rebuy option for unique items if lost or sold by mistake. A number of these merchants will be willing to sell you additional items if you earn their trust.
