Ascent II is a Non-Combat Abyss Gear available to all players in Crimson Desert. It increases your Climb Speed. Upgraded version to Ascent I.

How to Obtain
You can use a Witch to perform synthesis of two of the same Abyss Gear to produce one Abyss Gear of the next Tier.

- How to Trigger it: Ascent I is a passive bonus. It applies automatically while the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It does take up a socket that could hold a combat gear.
- Related Abyss Gears: Haste increases Movement Speed and Surge increases Swim Speed, covering the other ways of getting around.
- Recommended Use: Best in a traversal loadout for climbing-heavy exploration, then swapped out for combat gears before hard fights. In reality, you will likely not use this Abyss Gear at all.
