How to Obtain
- You can get it as a reward for defeating White Horn, Shepherd of Souls, in the quest White Horn of Snowhaven Hearth.
- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.

Additional Info
- How to Trigger it: Frost Hail triggers when your attacks land while your weapon is imbued with Ice. It works with any weapon, as long as the armor piece it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: Like other imbue gears, it raises the resource cost of your imbued attacks every time it triggers. It does nothing while you have no imbuement or a different element active.
- Related Abyss Gears: Shattering Frost also triggers from ice-imbued attacks, and Flames of Judgment and Volcanic Eruption do the same for Fire.
- Recommended Use: Best for clearing groups of weaker enemies on an ice-imbue build, where the hail lands on the enemies surrounding your target. It pairs well with Shattering Frost. Swap it out against bosses.
