- You can extract this Abyss Gear from other gear to slot into your equipped items.
- You can randomly find it in treasure chests.
- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch or the Marni Token Exchange and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.

- How to Trigger it: Frostward I is a passive bonus. It raises your Ice Resistance as long as the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It stacks with Ice Resistance from your armor, so you only need enough to reach the level the area or fight calls for.
- Related Abyss Gears: Flameward and Shockward do the same for Fire and Lightning Resistance.
- Recommended Use: Best kept in a swap set for Pailune and other cold regions, and for frost enemies and ice-heavy bosses.
