- How to Trigger it: Half Moon Slash triggers during your normal attacks, dodge attacks and jump attacks with the weapon it is slotted into. It fires automatically as part of your combo, with no charging or aiming.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of the attack every time it triggers. The bonus only works while the weapon holding it is your active one.
- Related Abyss Gears: Crescent Moon Slash and Fullmoon Slash are its sister gears, and Abyssal Rays and Wind Slash trigger from the same attacks.
- Recommended Use: Best on combo-heavy builds that land many normal attacks. It works best slotted together with the other two Moon Slash gears.
