- How to Trigger it: Crescent Moon Slash triggers during your Light attacks, dodge attacks and jump attacks with the weapon it is slotted into. It needs no charging, timing or finisher.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of the attack every time it triggers. The bonus only works while the weapon holding it is your active one.
- Related Abyss Gears: Half Moon Slash and Full Moon Slash are its sister gears, and Abyssal Rays and Wind Slash trigger from the same attacks.
- Recommended Use: Best for clearing groups, as the wide arc hits every enemy in front of you. It works well slotted together with the other two Moon Slash gears.
