- Fullmoon Slash comes socketed into the Circling Moon, which you can loot from the Eastern Court of Demeniss after defeating the Full Moon Reaper as part of the Lunar Judgment quest.

- How to Trigger it: Fullmoon Slash triggers during your normal attacks, dodge attacks and jump attacks with the weapon it is slotted into. The blade travels a long way in a straight line.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of the attack every time it triggers. The bonus only works while the weapon holding it is your active one.
- Related Abyss Gears: Crescent Moon Slash and Half Moon Slash are its sister gears, and Abyssal Rays triggers from the same attacks.
- Recommended Use: Best for hitting enemies from a safe distance and for lines of enemies, since the blade passes through all of them. It works well slotted together with the other two Moon Slash gears.
