- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.
- You can extract a copy of it from the Hyena Helm, which is a quest reward.

- How to Trigger it: Heart of the Serpent is a passive bonus. It blocks Poison for as long as the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It only helps against enemies and hazards that poison, so it takes up a socket for nothing elsewhere.
- Related Abyss Gears: Heart of Stone protects against Petrification, and Abyssal Assimilation protects against Abyssal Toxin.
- Recommended Use: Best kept in a swap set for poison-heavy fights, such as Skevald, the Carrion King, and his hyena pack, or the Queen Spider.
