Rare material obtained from large beasts. It casts a soft, beautiful glow and is easy to work with, so it was used for ornaments, ceremonial pieces, and musical instruments, eventually becoming a symbol of power and authority. Can be obtained from carcasses of animals with large tusks or horns such as rhinoceros or elephants.

How to Obtain

You get Ivory by hunting and skinning rhinos and elephants, which you can find easily in the northern part of the Crimson Desert region. Look around any of the Abyss Nexuses and Abyss Cressets you have discovered for a large group of the type of animal you want for the particular hunt.

The spot in the eastern Crimson Desert, near the Rockshade Bandit Camp, is full of several types of animals and birds, including a couple of rhinos.

Additional Info

Every rhino and elephant also drops Large Bone and Thick Hide, so one hunting run covers three high-tier refinement materials.

Ivory is also a strong gift for orcs if you’re raising Trust with an orc NPC.
