How to Obtain
You can steal the Red Dye from a table on the top floor of the Twin Clover Cabins in the southeastern parts of The Witchwoods. To steal this item, you need a mask.
When you use it, you will unlock rows 5 and 6 at the Hernandian Dye tab. The Hernand Dyehouse specializes in this dye. Alternatively, you can go to Oliver at the Base Came Dyehouse, who will be able to replicate the shades of this hue.
