- How to Trigger it: Rising Torrent triggers when you dodge an enemy’s attack after being hit. The pillar erupts under the enemy that attacked you and launches them, and they take more damage when they hit the ground.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of the move every time it triggers. The pillar lands where the attacker stood, so it can miss enemies that move away quickly.
- Related Abyss Gears: Parting Gift also triggers from a dodge.
