Abyss Heuklang
Abyss Heuklang is a unique pet you can obtain from the Axiom Archive up in the Abyss in Crimson Desert.
Overview
A peculiar beast with soft, glossy black fur. Its sleek build and silent tread allow it to move almost without a sound. Though naturally wary and difficult to approach, it becomes fiercely loyal and deeply affectionate to anyone who earns its trust.

How to Obtain
Go to the Axiom Archive in the Abyss. This area becomes accessible very early in the game and you will be sent to it in Chapter I. The First Encounter and tasked to complete the Abyss Without Balance Puzzle. You can pick up the pet at any point later if you forget.
From the Abyss Nexus, head straight to the entrance of the Library and before you enter, look at the right-hand side pillar. The pet will be on top of it. Simply walk to it and pick it up. It’s yours.
Additional Info
- This is a purely decorative pet. It will follow you around and collect gear for you. If you are not actively using it, it will hang around your house at the Greymane camp.
- This pet was added to the game with Update 1.04.00.
- All pets of the “cat” type can and will jump up on your shoulder from time to time. It’s an adorable feature that just looks cool with no other added benefits.
