Hernand’s Tannery is most likely the first tannery shop you will encounter very early on in the game when you first visit Hernand town.
The Tannery is a shop where you can buy various types of Hide in reasonable quantities and at a decent price. There is usually a Tannery at every major settlement in each of the Regions of Pywel. Not every shop sells all types of Hides, though. They all restock their inventory regularly.

The tannery is southeast from the Abyss Nexus and across the street from Hillside Manor (though entrance is on the south side of the building), in the hearth of Hernand town.
Hide prices are the same from one tanner to the next, so buy wherever you happen to be around any Tannery. Other tannery shops offer larger selection of hides that you may need for more expensive or extravagant high-end gear or tools.
