The Pailune Back Alley Shop is ran by Randolph. Located at the Pailune docks, this vendor sells disguises, masks, and a few rare and expensive goods.
Smugglers have Back Alley Shops all across Pywel. They sell disguises, masks, and keys. A lot of them also offer a rebuy option for unique items if lost or sold by mistake. A number of these merchants will be willing to sell you additional items if you earn their trust.
