How to Obtain
- You can purchase Orbs of Lightning from the Back Alley Shop in Pailune City.
- The Orbs of Lightning Abyss Gear comes socketed into the Hungering Fang Leather Boots that you get for defeating Ludvig during Chapter VII: Homecoming.
- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.

Additional Info
- How to Trigger it: Orbs of Lightning triggers when you land lightning-imbued attacks while the armor it is slotted into is equipped. The orbs spread around you and can leave enemies Shocked.
- Cost Considerations: It costs extra Spirit every time it triggers, on top of the Spirit spent on the lightning imbue. You need the lightning element unlocked through the Imbue Element skill, and the gear does nothing while another element is active.
- Related Abyss Gears: Storm Fang also triggers from lightning-imbued attacks, while Frost Hail and Volcanic Eruption do the same for ice and fire.
- Recommended Use: Best against groups of enemies clustered around you, paired with Storm Fang on the same armor piece. Swap it for a stronger gear before boss fights.
