Location

You can find this pet shop in Pororin. This is the magical village in southeast Hernand where the cat people and the shai live.

How to Access it

Pororin is entirely locked in the beginning. When you approach, you will be shot with a sleep dart. After this happens three times, you will start a new quest. Complete it to unlock the village and all of its vendors.

The questline is called Trembling Woods. You will find it under the Pororin Forest Guardians Faction quests group.
