How to Obtain
You get the Flame Spear Blueprint as a reward for Gorthak Ironworks: Basic Smelting Research, the first project at the Gorthak Institute. The Institute is located at Zargan Tankworks in the Gorthak lands of northwestern Delesyia. You can’t fund research there until you complete Chapter X: Counterattack.
Additional Info
The Flame Spear you craft from this blueprint is also the base for the Kuku Flame Spear, a Blueprint II recipe in the Kuku Spear Special Blueprint. If you plan to make the Kuku version, craft a spare.
Basic Smelting Research is the first project in the Gorthak research tree. Completing it opens the rest, including Weapon Heat-Treatment Research, which lets your comrades craft Flame Spears for you through Mission Dispatch.
