Greater Primalbane is an Offensive Abyss Gear available to all players in Crimson Desert. It increases the damage you deal to Walkers. It’s an upgrade to Primalbane III.

Grants a variety of effects when embedded in an equipment socket. Witches found in each region have the power to embed or remove Abyss gears.
How to Obtain
You can get it as a random reward from a Witch’s Special Synthesis, which fuses one stat gear (a gear that boosts a stat) and one effect gear (a gear with a special effect) of the same tier. The result is a random Unidentified Abyss Gear, and every Fusion has a 4% chance of it being a Greater Abyss Gear.

Additional Info
- How to Trigger it: Greater Primalbane is a passive bonus. It applies automatically whenever you hit a Walker while the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost, and it does nothing against other enemy types. Unlike the regular tiers, it has limited durability that wears down with use, and it may only just last through a tough boss fight.
- Related Abyss Gears: Abyssbane, Beastbane, Bloodbane, Hexebane and Steelbane target other enemy types.
- Recommended Use: Save it for Walker bosses, and use Primalbane III for clearing areas full of Walkers.
