This fishing shop on the Vellua waterfront sells saltwater species and fishing supplies, along with a report that points to a legendary fish.
A Fishing Shop is where you can buy a Fishing Rod and a selection of fish for cooking. Fishing Shops are found in every region, usually on a dock, pier or shoreline. Each shop carries a different selection of fish, so not every shop sells every species. Buying or catching a new fish, unlocks its Knowledge entry.

You can find the shop by the dock in the coastal village of Vellua, in southern Hernand. The village is in the fields between Mountain of the Frozen Souls and Steel Mountains.
When you first arrive at Vellua, the entire village and surrounding area will be occupied by pirates until you complete Vellua Fishermen’s Guild‘s questline Beyond the Silent Waves. This includes facing and taking out Sir Catfish.
