Location
You’ll find Vincent at the Timberham Sawmill, southwest of the Hernand town. You can place what you buy once you unlock home decoration at Howling Hill during Chapter III of the main story.

Valuable Items to buy
Most of Vincent’s stock is purely decorative, but two items are worth buying early:
- Sturdy Gatherables Chest: a storage chest for ores, herbs and other gathered materials, expandable up to 1,000 slots.
- Cauldron: lets you cook and craft alchemy items at home instead of traveling to a public station.
Vincent’s Contract
Once you max out Vincent’s Trust, you can buy the Furniture Supply Contract – Timberham from him. Read it from your inventory to add his full selection to Conrad, the Base Camp Furniture Shop in Greymane Camp. After that, you can furnish your house without riding back to the sawmill.
Workstation
The sawmill also has a Workstation, where you can craft the outdoor decorations added in patch 1.12, such as fountains, wells and braziers, once you have their crafting manuals.
