How to Obtain

You can find them in a treasure chest at the Sanctum of Temperance, southeast of Hernand and the Greymane Camp, south of the Goldleaf Guildhouse.

The treasure chest is hidden in the tall tower’s top floor. Entrance is on the outside. You have to light up the lantern on the left side to lower the metal bars and enter.
