How to Obtain
You can get the blueprint book from behind a trapdoor at the Jungle Ruins east of the Red River in the jungle dividing Delesyia from the Crimson Desert.
Look for an archway built into the mountainside. When you go inside, stand on the platform and use Nature’s Snare to push the trapdoor.

Additional Info
Most of the Elegant Carmine armor set is craftable but requires you to find specific blueprint books for each individual piece rather than being included in volumes of Armors of the World. You can find these blueprints scattered across Delesyia and the Crimson Desert.
