The Red Needle is not officially associated with Balthazaar or the Wyvernflames, but it matches the rest of the set perfectly.

You can loot the Red Needle from a treasure chest at the Sanctum of Oblation on the big island off the east coast of Delesyia. You’ll need to light a few torches nearby to gain access.
