How to Obtain
You can steal the Relic of Darkness from a puzzle strongbox in a secret passage behind a bookshelf in an unmarked manor in the Eastern Hills of Delesyia.
You’ll need to solve a lockpicking-style puzzle to unlock the strongbox by spinning each wheel the correct number of times to align the metal seam with the bottom edge of the painting. From left to right, it each wheel takes 6 → 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 turns.

Additional Info
The Relic of Darkness is a Type B necklace, offering low attack with added boosts to Spirit Regeneration and the highest Critical Rate for this item slot in the base game.
There’s no point in adding Critical Rating you can’t benefit from, Spirit Recovery is a bit harder to come by, so stay away from the Lv 4 Critical Rate Necklaces unless you really know what you’re doing and need that extra point.
