How to Obtain
Balthazar is one of the Elite bosses in Crimson Desert. He is guarding the initially occupied territory around Fort Windridge in the southwestern edge of Delesyia.
You will only loot a Blaster unusable by Kliff from him, but since we reference him several times in this guide, we thought you’d like to know where to find the boss himself.
Balthazar is tied to a standard outpost liberation quest. You can just go in, defeat all soldiers and beat the boss without first obtaining the quest. The Wyvern Blaster is a weapon only Oongka can wield.
The quest is called “Balthazar, the Wyvernflame” and is part of “The Wyvernflames” questline, located under Delesyia → Faction Quests → Ironwheel of Dewhaven.
During the fight with Baltazar, you can observe him performing Explosive Evasive Shot and learn this skill for free.
