The Kharonso Provisioner’s Shop is Norden’s shop in Kharonso, a troll village hidden in Hernand’s Black Forest. Alongside standard tools and supplies, it sells Silver Grey Dye.
Provisioners keep the people of Pywel supplied with the simple things daily life depends on: tools, lamps, candles, plates, jars, bowls. Reaching 100 Trust with some of the shops’ owners unlock a supply contract you can purchase from them that will allow you to browse this shop’s inventory from Wynstan’s shop at the base camp, and at a discounted price.

Kharonso is behind the Black Forest mountain range, west of the Scholastone Institute. Norden’s shop is in the village center, directly across from the tavern.
Once Norden’s Trust reaches 100, he sells you his Provisions Supply Contract, which adds his stock to Wynstan’s shop at Greymane Camp.
Norden is a source of Silver Grey Dye. Buying it and using it from your inventory unlocks the color for dyeing your gear.
