Loot from Human Enemies

You get Fleece by looting defeated human enemies, especially bandits in Hernand. Clear enemy strongholds to collect it in bulk. Once you liberate one, the loot from every body goes straight to the Supply Chest at your Greymane Camp.

Raise Sheep

You can raise sheep at the ranch at your Greymane Camp for a steady supply. You unlock the ranch through the faction quest A Rumour in Goldleaf Trading Post, part of the Grounds of the Sunrise faction quests chain.
