Location
The Sky Galleon floats high above in the sky between Snaketail Wall and Tinkerton, in central Delesyia. You can’t fast travel to it, so you have to fly up every time. The vendor also isn’t marked on your map.
How to Reach It
You can easily reach this flying balloon using your dragon or wyvern mount. Alternatively, you can drop down from the Abyss, but this method became pointless the moment Pearl Abyss introduced the Wyvern as a flying mount as it’s regularly available, unlike Blackstar.
Requirements to Access
There are two major requirements for this merchant to spawn. First, you have to take out the giant mechanical pterodactyl flying around the southeast coast of Delesyia. The second requirement is to complete Chapter XI of the main story.
The mechanical bird appears in the sky early on in the game, but reaching it and especially defeating it, might prove difficult, though it’s very possible.
The bird is part of the Wings across the Sky questline from the Delesyian Aerial Force Faction quests group.
To reach the bird, you can use Blackstar or the Wyvern. There is a floating metal platform nearby where you can take a break if you need. Be careful with the propellers, they can hurt your mount and cause it to disappear and go on cooldown.

At 100 Trust, the merchant sells Dolphin Glass Art, a home decoration you can’t get anywhere else. Gifting coin pouches and buying from the shop both raise Trust.
The merchant stocks 3 Abyss Artifacts and 1 Faded Abyss Artifact. They are very cheap too.
Don’t miss the treasure chest sitting on top of the balloon as well. after you pick up the Blaster No. 8, you can glide carefully to the deck where the vendor is.
