How to Obtain

You can purchase the Northern Fighter’s Chain Cloak from the Equipment Shop in Pailune City.

Alternatively, you can steal Plate Armors of the World, Vol. III, off a desk in a cottage at Stronghelm Forge in eastern Demeniss. It will allow you to craft the cloak.
