How to Obtain

You receive the Solas Plate Cloak from Marshal Barden Middler after reaching 100 Trust with him. He likes Flowers and Weapons Boxes. Your best bet is give him gifts when you run into him during the story because he moves around a lot.

Hernand Town is Middler’s home base. He isn’t always there, but he sleeps on the first floor of Oakenshield Manor, so check if he’s there late at night…reading in the dark.

After Chapter VIII: Blood Coronation, you can find him at Musket First Outpost in northeastern Demeniss and he’ll remain there until you finish the main story.
