How to Obtain
You receive the Stirrups of the Open Sky for completing the House Celeste Faction Quest “Queen’s Nest” at Arboria Castle in the Hills of No Return in northern Hernand.
While there are spider webs throughout the area, the Queen Spider nor any of her brood do not spawn here until the castle becomes blockaded.

The Stirrups of the Open Sky make it easier to climb. They’re balanced like Cloth armor, offering lower defense in exchange for some extra Movement Speed. If you don’t plan on using them with your main set, consider embedding a pair of Ascent Abyss Gears.
