How to Obtain
You can find a Lightning Spear resting in its own stand at the Blackwall Bandit Camp near Skallcove in northeastern Pailune.
You can also send Mission Dispatches to craft them at Windsong Peaks in Pailune after solving the Ancient Barrier Challenge, defeating Titan, the Thunder God, atop the mountain, and completing the Electric Tool Design Research Project at the Dewhaven Research Institute.

The Kuku Lightning Spear is superior, does not break after use, is upgradeable, has Abyss Gear sockets, and can be used far more frequently than the non-Kuku version.
