How to Obtain

You can loot the Skyblazer Cloth Helm from a treasure chest in a cave northwest of Fort Windridge. To access the location, you will need the Focused Force Palm to break through some Bismuth.

Get past the spot where you can find the Third Shai, continue up the stone steps and look for a shiny block in the wall on the left side.

On your minimap, you will see an icon representing the Abyss Cell you can loot hidden inside the block. Use Focused Force Palm to break it. Continue into the cave to find and loot the treasure chest containing the Helm.
